Meredith Topping- Brooks

Meredith Topping- Brooks created Lil' Angel Pet Portraits in 2004 when she moved from
Florida to Denver and needed a career change.

Meredith's art career began officially in 1998 when she obtained her BFA in Fine Art/Graphic Design from
FAU in Fort Lauderdale, FL but she had been painting and drawing animals since she was a little girl.

Plants and animals were the focus of her studies in the University but she started getting serious studying and painting animals in 2004 when she learned how much of an animal city Denver is. She bought the book "What to do in Denver with your Dog" and a copy of "5280's" best of Denver Dog Guide and started to venture into Denver's Dog World! She started then photographing every animal she saw and started doing portraits of them immediatly. Her gallery grew and then she was hanging in different art galleries and dog shops around Denver.

Having painted 160 commissioned pieces since 2004 - Meredith now is considered one of Denver's upcoming pet artists.
